Our Company Bio/Mission
Elite Off Road Racing Chassis’s are a true desert car through and through. Our four or five seat cars have a 450hp LS-1 V8 backed by a stout Mendeola 2D4S 4-speed transmission.

Because we value the safety of our customers who drive Elite Off Road Racing Cars we build every car with a rear Firewall for added Safety. The chassis is constructed with 1 ¾ “.095 wall chromoly tubing which is stronger than 1 ½.”.120 wall chromoly. All shock and suspension mounts feature double shear support tabs, with all hardware being “Shouldered Grade 8 bolts” for superior strength. All wiring is mil spec with fuse and circuit breakers. Even the Curved windshields we use are DOT stamped safety glass. Race quality foam-filled fuel cells are also standard. As well we are an industry leader providing “Power Disc Brakes” on all the cars we build.
   
Every Elite Off Road Racing chassis can be fitted with a Mendeola, Fortin, or Albins transaxle.
Elite Off Road Racing also has a wide variety of engines available from premier engine builders who stand behind their products with knowledge and expertise. We have worked with about every engine combination you can imagine from Turbo Honda’s to an LS1 with 450 hp, to an LS2 with 550 hp all the way up to Twin Turbo's and Superchargers. Some of the engines have has as much as 1000 hp.  If you can dream it we can help you turn your dream car into a reality. 
 
Gear One manufactures the front hubs/disc brakes for the 2-inch hollow race spindles. They feature 11-inch slotted rotors and 4-piston calipers and we only use chromoly hub nuts to ensure many years of trouble free driving. Kartek builds the rear mid-board hubs/disc brakes. They feature 13-inch slotted rotors and massive 6-piston calipers. Huge Lobro 934 CV joints made with the finest material are installed on every Elite Off Road Racing Car. The entire CV joint, including the star, cage, and housing are made from 300M material, which is extremely strong. Then Cages and Stars are de-burred and micro polished a standard in today’s racing industry.

Elite Off Road Racing also only install huge 1.5-inch diameter 300M axles from Gear One, these are much larger than most axles. Over XXX linear feet of chromoly tubing used in each Elite Off Road Racing Chassis due to the extensive “X” bracing throughout the chassis for the ultimate in passenger safety. Extra bracing also prevents chassis flex and therefore eliminates cracked frames as well the additional “X” bracing in the cockpit provide additional safety for the driver and their passengers from side impact should they have a side impact collision. Elite Off Road Racing also installs Vinyl to the Side and Roof panels on the inside to eliminate vibration noise. Elite Off Road Racing Buggies are built to be driven hard. Thousands of miles of harsh desert and sand dune testing have resulted in zero chassis or suspension failures.
 
All of the top quality components listed for these buggies is standard; there is no light-weight or budget version of an Elite Off Road Racing Dual Sport Car...
